Aria2 Work is an AI digital employee software that assists users in invoking local devices or third-party tools to perform operations through generative AI technology. This software serves solely as an interaction medium. All output content is generated by Large Language Models based on user input, and users are solely responsible for their operational actions and consequences.
Users can register and log in via WeChat and other methods. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, rented, or sold. Users must keep their account passwords secure and are responsible for all activities under their accounts. If abnormalities are detected, we reserve the right to restrict functions, suspend usage, and take other measures.
All AI Agent data, memory, and configurations are stored locally on the user's device by default. The platform uses AES-256 encryption for storage and transmission, and users have full control over their business data. We will not disclose personal information to third parties without user consent.
The copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights of this software belong to the Aria2 Work team. Content submitted by users through this software belongs to the users. The ownership of output content using custom models follows the agreement between the user and the model service provider.
AI output content is for reference only and does not represent the platform's position. Users are solely responsible for their use of this service and its consequences, especially for operations that may have significant impacts, such as batch file deletion, system configuration changes, or financial transactions. We are exempt from liability for service interruptions caused by force majeure, computer viruses, user operational errors, etc., within the scope permitted by law.
Users may configure third-party Large Language Models, Skills, etc. Custom models must be obtained by users through legitimate channels, and related costs (token consumption, subscription fees, etc.) are borne by users. Disputes arising from third-party services shall be resolved between the user and the third party.
We may adjust this agreement according to changes in laws, regulations, and service content, and will notify users via webpage announcements or push notifications. Continued use after adjustment constitutes acceptance of the modifications; if you do not accept, you may stop using this service.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, friendly negotiation shall be attempted first; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court.
We follow the principle of minimum necessity and only collect necessary information when you use specific features, including: WeChat account identifiers (for registration and login), dialogue input and output content (for intelligent dialogue services), device information (to ensure safe service operation), log information (for troubleshooting), etc. We do not collect the specific local file content corresponding to tasks.
Collected information is used solely to provide services to you, ensure account security, and optimize product experience. After taking security technical measures such as de-identification, we may use the data for statistical analysis to improve products and services.
This service requires necessary device permissions based on specific scenarios (such as network access, file reading, clipboard, etc.). Sensitive permissions are not enabled by default and are only authorized with your explicit consent. You may revoke them at any time in system settings.
Personal information collected within the territory is stored within China. We employ multi-faceted security protection measures including AES-256 encryption, firewalls, and access controls. If you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period.
Currently, we do not actively share your personal information with any third parties. If you use self-configured third-party services (Large Language Models, Skills, etc.), data processing follows your agreement with the third party.
This service is primarily intended for adults. Users under 18 years of age require guardian consent to use it. Users under 14 years of age also need guardian consent to the Children's Privacy Protection Statement before use.
You have the right to query and manage your personal information. If you need to file a complaint or exercise other rights, you may contact us through the contact information in this policy. For security purposes, we may first require you to verify your identity.
We may revise this policy from time to time and notify you of changes in an appropriate manner when updating versions. If you use new features before the effective date, the relevant updates will take effect for you from the date of actual use.
